Custom Filter Frames/Die Cuts – We currently manufacture hundreds of different sizes of custom designed filter frames/die cuts for various customers and can assist customers with the design and manufacture of virtually any paperboard filter frame/die cut design on the market today.

Stock Filter Frames/Die Cuts – We have recently introduced a new “stock” program, through which we offer several of the most popular 1-inch, 2-inch, and 4-inch sizes of filter frames/die cuts in small quantities.  These “off the shelf” filter frames/die cuts are available without any charge for tooling or other start up expenses associated with custom designed filter frames/die cuts. Please call to discuss specific sizes and pricing.

Coil Stock/Frame Stock – For air filter manufacturers in need of coil stock (aka frame stock or ribbon rolls), we have the ability to slit, score and rewind paperboard ranging in caliper from .008 to .034 in virtually any size needed. 

Other –We also offer die cutting, sheeting and paper trimming for our other paperboard product consumers and distributors in need of such converting services.
